People in Peril has been active in Kenya for many years, focusing on building greenhouses, supporting women, and promoting sustainable agriculture. Recently, our aid was directed toward schools. Thanks to the support of our donors who chose gifts from the Education category, we were able to provide textbooks to two schools in the Kilifi district.
Both children and teachers received the help with great joy. This is confirmed by Alvin, our project coordinator in Kenya:
