Drinking Water for 2,000 People in Gaza

The situation in the Gaza Strip remains extremely critical. The shortage of basic necessities, including drinking water, significantly affects the daily lives of thousands of people.

Since January, therefore, in cooperation with the organization CESVI, we have continued to distribute drinking water directly on the ground. We deliver water by tanker to five locations in the city of Gaza every other day. This amounts to approximately 6 liters of water per person, which represents the bare minimum for survival in conditions where access to safe water is severely limited.

The key factor is the regularity of this aid. The certainty that water arrives repeatedly and at set intervals helps people better cope with daily uncertainty. Thanks to this, distribution proceeds calmly and in an organized manner without unnecessary tension.

In this way, we have managed to provide access to drinking water for approximately 2,000 people over a period of 80 days. For many of them, this is the only reliable source of water available to them.
